The development team at Hamilton Valley Management specializes in the facilitation of funds from government entities, tax credit syndicators and third-party lenders for the new construction and rehabilitation of affordable multifamily apartment complexes, with a primary focus on rural areas. Through the shifting faces of various financing programs that have come and gone over the years, HVM has been successful in the development of over 3000 units of affordable housing throughout the state, most of which are in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, as well as the USDA-Rural Development Interest Credit and Rental Assistance program.
